That Food Truck
What they needed:
Chef Dan Kraus recently took over as sole owner of That Food Truck, and he's in the midst of rebranding the business to emphasize his main loves: butchery and smoked meats. Chef Dan set up a smoker in the Seventh Son parking lot where he smokes up beef brisket, pork shoulders and whole chickens overnight each Friday and serves up platters of delicious smoked meats each Saturday.
How we helped:
We're helping Chef Dan and his team launch a strategic #ohiosmoke marketing and publicity push to re-educate Columbus on what That Food Truck is all about. Namely, snout-to-tail cooking, whole animal butchery, all-night smoking, and giving Columbus its own disctinctive brand of barbecue.
